Scheduling/Registration Policies

ADD/DROP CLASSES

It will be your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your student’s schedule. If you add a class and do not notify us, you will be charged for that class for the whole month. If you drop a class and do not notify us, you will be charged for that class until we are notified.

LATE FEES

You will be charged a $10.00 late fee for any tuition that is paid after the due date. The due dates are in our brochure and on our website. There will also be a $25.00 fee charged for any returned checks. If you are more that 3 months late on your tuition you will lose any discounts you have until your account is paid and up to date. If you contact the Business Manager and make arrangements, it is at their discretion to waive this.

SEVERE WINTER WEATHER

There will be an announcement on the studio phone (684-3400) to inform you of any cancellations. The announcement will be recorded at least 1 hour before classes are to begin. There may be days when morning classes need to be cancelled, but evening classes will not. As mentioned above, please listen to the recording if you have any questions. Any snow days can be made up in other classes. However, if a day is repeatedly missed due to weather, a make-up day may be scheduled during a vacation.
